- Students must wear the prescribed college uniform, if applicable, on designated days and during official functions of the College.
- The uniform should be neat, clean, and worn in a proper manner at all times.
- Students are required to maintain a decent appearance and follow the dress code prescribed by the College.
- Wearing a valid College Identity Card within the campus is mandatory.
- Any deviation from the prescribed uniform or dress code without prior permission may invite disciplinary action.
- Students are expected to attend all classes, practical sessions, examinations, seminars, and academic activities regularly.
- Leave should be taken only in unavoidable circumstances and with proper permission from the concerned authority.
- A written leave application must be submitted for absence from classes or academic activities whenever required.
- Students absent due to illness for an extended period may be required to submit a valid medical certificate.
- Unauthorized absence from examinations, practical classes, or other academic activities may result in disciplinary action.
- Students must maintain the minimum attendance percentage prescribed by the College and the affiliated University.
- Leave granted by the College does not exempt students from completing academic work missed during the period of absence.
- Repeated absence without valid reasons may lead to disciplinary measures and loss of academic privileges.
- Students are expected to comply with all uniform and leave regulations issued by the College from time to time.
